As our commercial and multi-family work continues to expand across the region, we're hiring an experienced Commercial Project Manager to lead projects from preconstruction through closeout.
As a Project Manager, you'll own the full lifecycle of your assigned commercial and multi-family projects, working hand-in-hand with our superintendents and field crews.
Take responsibility for each project being completed within budget while exceeding expectations for quality and safety.
Run preconstruction and coordination meetings with owners, architects, the Tycore project team, and subcontractors.
Develop the project schedule with the Project Superintendent and update it to reflect current status seamlessly.
Create/maintain the job cost budget. Manage purchase orders, change orders, submittals, RFIs, and proposals.
Hold weekly onsite job meetings with the Tycore team and subcontractors. Maintain a hands-on presence.
Drive solutions, own the owner relationship, and complete closeout docs to hand over the finished project.
